TLR2 and metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis: Taken together, our data highlighted an important role for the TREM-1-TLR2/4 signaling pathways in regulating M1 macrophage polarization in CDAHFD-fed induced NASH and liver fibrosis, indicating that inhibition of TREM-1 signaling might be an effective therapeutic target for NASH and liver fibrosis.
