AKT1 and extranodal nasal NK/T cell lymphoma: In order to further understand the changes of the pathogenesis in NKTCL, all DEGs, including the upregulated and downregulated genes, were put into KEGG pathway analysis, the molecular network constructed by top 20 of enriched pathways demonstrated that the phosphoinositide 3-kinase (PI3K)/Akt pathway is the most important signal in NKTCL (Supplementary Figure 2B).
