STC2 and myeloid sarcoma: Lastly, STC2 levels in the CSF from MS patients (2.77 ng/mL ± 0.54 IQR) did not differ from those in controls (2.69 ng/mL ± 0.27 IQR; t = − 1.317, p = 0.198) (Fig. 3d) or between disability states (Supplementary 3h-i), but STC2 concentration in the CSF was positively correlated with age (r = 0.409, p = 0.012) (Supplementary 3g).
