Multivariate analysis showed AFP level > 200 ng/mL (p = 0.001), liver cirrhosis (p = 0.004), TNM stage III and IV (p < 0.001), and HCC with β-catenin (high) and Chibby (low) (p = 0.012) were significantly associated with recurrent HCC (Table 2).
