To further investigate the dependence of lung cancer harboring the NRASQ61 mutation on MEK signaling, we tested three NRAS mutant non‐small‐cell lung cancer (NSCLC) lines (H1299:NRASQ61K, large‐cell carcinoma; H2087:NRASQ61K, adenocarcinoma; H2347:NRASQ61R, adenocarcinoma) for sensitivity to MEK inhibitors. This evidence concerns the gene NRAS and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
