In this study, we obtained the important findings: (i) in vitro and vivo, we demonstrated Amomum tsaoko inhibited ovarian cancer in the first time through antiangiogenesis; (ii) p-STAT3/NF-kB is an axis to induce the expression of IL-6 and VEGF which created a feedback to activate p-STAT3/NF-kB axis as a cascade amplification method; and (iii) At-EE induces ER stress to interrupt the cascade amplification effect. Here, NFKB1 is linked to ovarian carcinoma.
