CBLL1 and non-small cell lung carcinoma: Functional experiments showed that the accumulation of miR-545-3p caused significant inhibition on the colony formation, cell cycle and metastasis along with a marked promotion on the apoptosis of NSCLC cells treated with DDP (Fig. 6c–n), and the co-transfection of CBLL1 and miR-545-3p recovered the malignant potential of NSCLC cells.
