The AWR scores of SCH + EA group rats were lower compared to the SCH group in 20 mmHg (P < 0.05, Figure 4(a)), 40 mmHg (P < 0.01, Figure 4(b)), 60 mmHg (P < 0.05, Figure 4(c)), and 80 mmHg (P > 0.05, Figure 4(d)) CRD, suggesting that ERK1/2 plays an important role in visceral hypersensitivity and is targeted by EA in relieving the pain.
