As shown in Figure 2A, several canonical signaling pathways were predicted to be modulated in CSCs, including cascades previously reported as important regulators of breast cancer stem cell phenotype, such as the Death Receptor (p value: 1.08−2) [20], p53 (p value: 1.46−2) [21] and NF-kappaB (p value: 1.24−2) [22] pathways, among others. Here, TP53 is linked to breast carcinoma.
