Table 4 contains a list of the potential anti-AD drugs identified using the iPSC-derived neuronal cells model of AD. Among them, the top three drugs are: cyclosporin-a, an immunesuppressive agent; dabrafenib, a B-raf inhibition used to treat melanoma; and penfluridol, indicated for antipsychotic treatment of schizophrenia and psychotic disorders. Interestingly, from our analysis, cyclosporin-a is the only drug that has been convergently predicted using both iPSC-derived NP and neuronal cells (Table 3 and Table 4). The gene discussed is BRAF; the disease is psychotic disorder.
