Highly up-regulated genes such as AFF3 (logFC 4.33) and GJA1 (2.02), targeted by another low-risk miRNA, hsa-miR-30e, are involved in KEGG pathways of arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy (ARVC) and other cellular processes like cell–cell signaling, endoplasmic reticulum and plasma membrane. This evidence concerns the gene AFF3 and arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy.
