GJA1 and arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy: Highly up-regulated genes such as AFF3 (logFC 4.33) and GJA1 (2.02), targeted by another low-risk miRNA, hsa-miR-30e, are involved in KEGG pathways of arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy (ARVC) and other cellular processes like cell–cell signaling, endoplasmic reticulum and plasma membrane.
