During univariate analysis, we observed that multifocal tumors, advanced pathological tumor stage, positive lymph node metastasis, high histological tumor grade, the presence of vascular invasion, perineural invasion, and high MAP1B expression (Figure 3A,B) were associated with worse disease-specific survival (DSS) and metastasis-free survival (MFS) (all p < 0.05). This evidence concerns the gene MAP1B and neoplasm.
