We also identified multiple prostate cancer-associated genes such as cystatin C, PSCA, Cyp2e1, and dermatopontin that were remarkably underexpressed in CTRKO/LPB-Tag-CTRKO as compared to their WT and LPB-Tag counterparts, suggesting that CTR positively regulates these genes. This evidence concerns the gene CYP2E1 and prostate carcinoma.
