The experiment results showed that the number of tumour stem cells (proportion of CD44+/CD133+ cells) and Tie1-positive cells in tumours originating from miR-485-5p@SPIONs-HuGSCs was significantly lower than that in those originating from miR-mut@SPIONs-HuGSCs (Figure 6).
