To further explore whether ruxolitinib alleviated atherosclerosis through modulating JAK2/STAT3/SOCS3 pathway, we detected the expression of SOCS3 and the phosphorylation of JAK2 and STAT3, and found that the phosphorylation levels of JAK2 and STAT3 were significantly up-regulated in rabbits with atherosclerosis (a two-fold change, p < 0.05). Here, SOCS3 is linked to atherosclerosis.
