Immunoblotting further confirmed that ozone treatment significantly increased the protein levels of KRT10 while decreased KRT6 expression in psoriasis lesions (Figure 2C); moreover, the ratio of KRT6/KRT10 was significantly increased in psoriasis lesion while reduced after ozone therapy (Figure 2C), indicating that KRT6/10 might be involved in the effects of ozone on psoriasis lesions. This evidence concerns the gene KRT72 and psoriasis.
