Several proteins involved in heart failure were downregulated, which were found with the terms “Dilated cardiomyopathy” and “Cardiac muscle contraction”, such as TPM1 (Tropomyosin 1), TNNT2 (Troponin T2), ACTC1 (Actin, alpha, cardiac muscle 1) (Fig. 4b). Here, ACTC1 is linked to heart failure.
