SOCS3 and coronary artery disorder: Unconditional logistic regression analysis revealed that the overexpression of CXCL8, SOCS3, TNF and TNFAIP3, hyperlipidaemia, smoking and diabetes were considered independent risk factors for the incidence of CAD or IS; the incidence of IS was also positively correlated with hypertension, and the incidence of CAD was negatively correlated with alcohol consumption (Fig. 7).
