We show that mice with LRRK2 knockout (KO) have higher production of inflammatory cytokines after stimulation with lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and infection with parasites than WT mice and that LRRK2 negatively regulates the phosphorylation of nuclear factor-kappa B (NF-κB) in DCs after LPS stimulation.
