TP53 and acute myeloid leukemia: In multivariable analyses adjusting for age, gender, white blood cell count, cytogenetic risk, type of AML, and TP53 variant allele frequency, these differences were statistically significant for both OS (HR, 2.14; 95% CI, 1.15–4.0; p = 0.017) and EFS (HR, 1.97; 95% CI, 1.06–3.69; p = 0.033).
