Taking cues from: 1) the study of the mCORL2 knockout in Pukinje neurons of the cerebellum, 2) Fussel15 and Fussel18 associations with ataxia, 3) the demonstration that dCORL functions in adult brains and 4) the similarity of transgenic mCORL2 and dCORL functions, we examined dCORL mutant adults for movement defects. Here, SKOR2 is linked to cerebellar ataxia.
