We found that anti-RSPO3 monoclonal antibody, OMP-131R10, but not antibodies against RSPO1 or 2, significantly protected the animals from developing liver fibrosis determined in two measurements, histological quantification of total area of collagen deposition through Picro Sirius Red staining and α-SMA staining (Fig 2B–2D, 2G and 2H).
