Taken together, gene expression suggests only minor differences between CDAHFD-fed WT and Cyp2b-null males, and these changes did not manifest themselves in the histopatholgy or hydroxyproline results, indicating few to no differences between WT and Cyp2b-null male mice regarding susceptibility to NASH. This evidence concerns the gene CYP2B6 and metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis.
