miR‐187‐5p has been found to target CYP1B1 to suppress cancer cell progression in non‐small cell lung cancer.15 Besides, Li et al proved that miR‐187‐5p may be associated with cell biological functions of bladder cancer.16 It may be involved with drug sensitivity in breast cancer cell lines as well. This evidence concerns the gene CYP1B1 and urinary bladder carcinoma.
