Although CD20loCD27hiCD38hiHLA-DRint plasmablasts (B #16) only constituted 0.1–2% of CD19+ B cells, this cell subset was more frequent in patients with HT than in HC (p = 0.006) and patients with N-T1D (p = 0.04), GD (p = 0.04), and AD (p = 0.02, Figure 2C). This evidence concerns the gene CD19 and Alzheimer disease.
