We also analyzed cDC1 (CD11c+, MHC class II+, CD8α+, XCR1+, SIRPα-), cDC2 (CD11c+, CD11b+, MHC class II+, SIRPα+) and migratory DCs (CD11c+, CD8+, XCR1+) on days 2 and 4 after infection, the only difference we found was a slight, but significant, decrease in the numbers of mDCs in BL/6.NKC129 mice on day 2 after infection (Supplemental Figure 6). Here, XCR1 is linked to infection.
