In conclusion, 5 clinico-genotypic markers – presence of B-symptoms at diagnosis, non-CR to first-line chemotherapy, use of chemotherapy regimen other than R-CHOP, stage 3–4 lymphoma and presence of MYC and/or BCL6 rearrangements all contribute to the generation of a prognostic index as independent prognostic factors for poor OS.
