CLDN10-AS1 might play a role in the development and progression of lung cancer, by regulating the G1/S transition of mitotic cell cycle through miR-125b-5p/PPAT and by regulating endothelium development, angiogenesis, and cell-cell adherens junction through miR-125b-5p/CDH5, respectively. This evidence concerns the gene CLDN10 and lung cancer.
