Blood serum ALP and LDH in these animals dramatically increased (by 4.5 and 28.5 times, respectively, p < 0.001); ALT, AST, and conjugated and nonconjugated bilirubin also grew up by 2.9, 2.8, 2.3, and 1.7 times, respectively (p < 0.05), suggesting cirrhosis, cell neoplastic degeneration [48–50], hepatocyte destruction, and liver failure (Table 2).
