Increasing data have indicated that the elevated expression of SNHG6 is a poor prognostic factor in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC),6 facilitates the cycle progression in breast cancer7 and promotes cell proliferation and invasion in colorectal cancer (CRC), osteosarcoma, gastric cancer and hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).8, 9, 10, 11 These studies suggest that SNHG6 may be a prognostic factor for cancer.
