It is known that the regulatory mechanisms of SNHG6 are mediated by sponging a variety of miRNAs.12, 13, 14, 15 SNHG6 also acts as a competing endogenous RNA to upregulate E2F7 by sponging miR‐26a‐5p in LUAD.18 Likewise, we found that SNHG6 could bind with Ago2/miR‐101‐3p complex and negatively regulate miR‐101‐3p expression, indicating that SNHG6 might act as a sponge of miR‐101‐3p to promote NSCLC cell growth. The gene discussed is E2F7; the disease is non-small cell lung carcinoma.
