Consistent with previous reports [34], the expression of p-Akt was increased during ischemia-reperfusion, and our study found that LPTP, an agonist of ILK, can further increase the expression of p-Akt, while reducing the occurrence of reperfusion arrhythmias, and this protection was eliminated by the p-Akt antagonist MK2206.
