Here, glycolysis/gluconeogenesis pathways were taken for example; seven DUPs were identified, namely triosephosphate, phosphoglycerate kinase 1, pyruvate kinase (PK), fructose-bisphosphate aldolase A, glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH), enolase 1, and L-lactate dehydrogenase B chain (LDH), and those DUPs were all enzymes and played important roles in the regulation of glycolysis and were associated with cancer. The gene discussed is LDHB; the disease is cancer.
