For central carbon metabolism of cancer pathway, this study identified six DUPs, whose ubiquitination levels were significantly increased at K97 (T+/N−) in B3KXY9, K270 (T+/N−) in P14618, K178 (T+/N−) and K362 (ratio T/N = 7.19) in Q15758, K270 (ratio T/N = 110.93) and K502 (T+/N−) in Q59GX2, K19 (T+/N−) in Q01650, and K431 (T+/N−) in A0A024R8U1 (Supplemental Fig. 1.4). The gene discussed is KRT19; the disease is cancer.
