In the TMEV-IDD model of MS, administration of the non-selective CB1R/CB2R agonist WIN55, 212-2 inhibits the infiltration of leukocytes into the CNS (Arévalo-Martín et al., 2003; Ni et al., 2004) and ameliorates disease progression (Croxford and Miller, 2003). This evidence concerns the gene CNR1 and myeloid sarcoma.
