FER1L4 and prostate cancer: In addition, in contrast to low expression of FER1L4, the analysis of TCGA-PRAD dataset showed that miR-92a-3p was significantly upregulated in prostate cancer tissues (n = 495) compared with normal tissues (n = 52) (Fig. 3b), indicating a potential regulatory association between miR-92a-3p and FER1L4.
