To further determine the role of UCA1 in OSCC tumorigenesis in vivo, transfected cells were injected into the nude mice, and we found that UCA1 silencing significantly suppressed tumor weight and size in xenograft mice; however, overexpressing UCA1 noticeably accelerated tumor growth, and the effect of UCA1 was attenuated by miR‐143‐3p (P < .01, Figure 7A‐D). The gene discussed is UCA1; the disease is neoplasm.
