It was found that increased expression levels of CKAP2L (HR 0.226 [0.082‐0.465], P = .007) were associated with poor overall survival in PCa patients, as well as CDCA8 (HR 0.395 [0.125‐0.626], P < .001), ERCC6L (HR 0.371 [0.108‐0.593], P = .004), and ARPC1A (HR 0.230 [0.090‐0.477], P < .001) (Figure 8A). Here, ARPC1A is linked to posterior cortical atrophy.
