found MIR155HG regulated M1/M2 macrophage polarization in COPD through regulating interleukins (IL)- 1β, IL-10, IL-12 and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) expression, suggesting that MIR155HG might involve in the development of COPD [12]. The gene discussed is TNF; the disease is chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
