MIR155HG and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease: The expression of MIR155HG in 49 cases of lung tissue specimens was measured using qRT-PCR and we found that compared with samples from non-smoker without COPD group, the expression level of MIR155HG was significantly elevated in lung tissues of smokers without or with COPD, especially in smokers with COPD group (Figure 1A).
