This study has shown that there were significant differences in the value of DNA content, the number of aneuploid cells and the frequency of aneuploid peaks between EGFR mutant group and non-mutant group, the mutant group had higher DI values, more aneuploid cells and more frequent aneuploid peaks compared with the non-mutant group, suggesting that advanced lung adenocarcinomas with EGFR mutations were more aggressive than those without EGFR mutations. Here, EGFR is linked to lung adenocarcinoma.
