Our result also suggested that a single prognostic indicator (BCR-ABL1IS or halving time of BCR-ABL1 transcript) was inaccurate, and the combination of the two prognostic indicators was more accurate than angle observation, especially for the CML-CP patients with BCR-ABL1IS >10%. This evidence concerns the gene ABL1 and chronic myelogenous leukemia, BCR-ABL1 positive.
