To evaluate the feasibility of a self-complementing recombinant adeno-associated virus 3 (scrAAV3) vector targeting liver cancer and non-invasively monitor gene therapy of liver cancer, we co-constructed the HSV1-TK gene with an imaging function and therapeutic kallistatin gene in the scrAAV3 vector with a liver cancer-targeting ability to prepare the scrAAV3-HSV1-TK-kallistatin (ATK) gene drug. This evidence concerns the gene TKT and liver cancer.
