In neuronal cells, the cancer-related gene SLIT2 was found to be upregulated (Supplementary Fig. S5e), as were six other cancer-related genes (PDGFRA, DDR2, RSPO3, IL6ST, NTRK2, and HEY1) in cardiomyocytes (Supplementary Fig. S5f) and one cancer-related gene (HSD3B1) in hepatocyte-like cells (Supplementary Fig. S5g). The gene discussed is PDGFRA; the disease is cancer.
