Considering the possibility that PDIA3P1 may activate the NF-κB pathway and promote glioma MES transition through increasing RELA expression, we knocked down RELA using small interfering RNAs (siRNAs) in U87MG, A172, and U251 cells and determined the protein levels of CD44, β-catenin, N-cadherin, Vimentin, and MMP14. This evidence concerns the gene NFKB1 and glioma.
