Comparing different modalities (AST/ALT ratio, NAFLD score and FIB-4 score) to determine individuals at high risk of liver fibrosis, we observed that abnormal FIB-4 scores is associated with the highest AST, ALT age values and the lowest platelet count, but abnormal NAFLD score is associated with the highest BMI. Here, GPT is linked to metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease.
