However, the HR for the other three proteins, mannose‐binding protein C (MBL2), signal‐induced proliferation‐associated 1‐like protein 1 (SIPA1L1), and phosphatidylinositol‐glycan‐specific phospholipase D (GPLD1), were higher than 1, indicating that high plasma levels are a marker of poor survival for stage III CRC patients. This evidence concerns the gene MBL2 and colorectal carcinoma.
