To evaluate the combination of SLAMF6 -/- cells and LAG-3 blocking antibody, we conducted an ACT experiment in melanoma-bearing mice, using Pmel-1 x SLAMF6 -/- CD8+ T cells activated in vitro in the presence of anti-LAG-3 and sustained by intraperitoneal IL-2 (days 8 and 9) and anti-LAG-3 (days 8, 10, 15, 18, 21). This evidence concerns the gene SLAMF6 and melanoma.
