Considering that aberrant methylation of TFF2 were involved in the carcinogenesis of tumor, we carried out co-expression analysis between MUC1 and methylation of CpG loci located in TFF2. The results showed that the expression level of MUC1 was reversely related to the methylation status of TFF2.
