In this study, the transcriptome data of 308 bladder cancer samples were collected to analyze the expression levels of 13,953 genes, the biological processes involved in these genes (including immunological characteristics, cell cycle, cytokeratins/uroplakins, FGFR3 characteristics, etc.), and mutations in the FGFR3, PIK3CA, and TP53 genes. This evidence concerns the gene FGFR3 and urinary bladder cancer.
