Recent studies revealed that EGFL7 expressed and correlated with clinical features in several tumors, suggesting its potential use as a therapeutic target for cancers including breast cancer (7), epithelial ovarian cancer (8), hepatocellular carcinoma (9), colorectal cancer (10), acute myeloid leukemia (11), and malignant glioma (12, 13). Here, EGFL7 is linked to colorectal cancer.
