Eight genes (BUB1, BUB1B, CCNA2, CCNB2, CDC6, CDC20, CDK1, and TTK) among 21 common network genes were correlated with worse survival of pancreatic cancer, highlighted with P-value significantly <0.05 (Figure 2A, Supplementary Table 2, Supplementary Figure 1). Here, CCNA2 is linked to familial pancreatic carcinoma.
