The genes promoting the progression of gastric cancer were enriched in pathways such as adrenergic signaling in cardiomyocytes, axon guidance, gap junction, insulin secretion, the cAMP signaling pathway, bladder cancer, focal adhesion, cell adhesion molecules (CAMs), the PI3K-Akt signaling pathway, and neuroactive ligand-receptor interaction (Figure 2). The gene discussed is INS; the disease is urinary bladder cancer.
